For Trainings:

If you're not completely satisfied that a training from the Building Performance Workshop is worth every penny, we'll give you a complete refund. You must have attended the training and paid in full beforehand. During a multi-day training, the refund must be requested at the end of the first full day. During a full-day training, the refund must be requested at the beginning of the lunch break. During a half-day or evening training, the refund must be requested at the beginning of the halfway-point break.

If you participate in every day of our 6-Day BPI Training, and every BPI Exam Prep Session offered, and you DO NOT pass the BPI exam, you are welcome to participate in the next 6-Day BPI training again at no cost, except for the exam fees, which must be paid prior to the re-challenging of the exam. Your training package must be pre-paid in full during the original course.

For Training Products:

If you don't love one of our books, you may return it for a complete refund of the purchase price (shipping not included) within 30 days of purchase.

If you don't love one of our software tools, you must call Corbett directly at 773-663-4183 within 14 days of purchase, to share what about the software tool did not meet your expectations, for a complete refund of the purchase price.

Our Cancellation Policy

Once your seat in a workshop has been reserved and we have denied others that seat, your registration fee is non-refundable. Your fee, may, however, be applied as a credit toward any training in the future, should emergency circumstances keep you from attending your originally registered workshop AND you alert us to your circumstances prior to that workshop. No-shows forfeit their registration fee.
